A Family in Baghdad

Dear All, I have just finished my third academic semester in the American University in Cairo. I am pursuing my Master Degree in Public Policy and Administartion.

I wrote this proposal about Education Reform in Egypt and the Role of Local NGOs. Hopefully it will add a valuable infomation for many people.

Maybe my thesis will be about the same topic, so that I will continue to implement my suggested plan in this proposal.
